Deirdre recognizes the overwhelming nature of a family law matter. Thus, she works very hard to settle cases, in order to minimize the time, energy, emotion and legal fees involved with litigation. However, she also handles cases through trial when necessary and has a very successful trial record. She works closely with her clients to maximize their legal dollars.

Outside of the courtroom, Deirdre is also a family law mediator. She works with clients to reach a divorce agreement without the need for litigation. Once a fair agreement has been negotiated, Deirdre prepares all of the paperwork required to file with the Court in order to obtain a divorce hearing. This is a good alternative for clients who work well together.

Although Deirdre is wll know for family law, she also handles personal injury cases, prepares real estate transactions, wills and trusts  and estate planning for clients post-divorce.
