With over 25 years of experience, The law offices of Deirdre O'Brien is committed to resolving cases by settlement. When that cannot be achieved, we provide strong and effective representation at trial. We are experts in the law, know how to handle a case efficiently, and care about our clients.

While your situation is unique to you, during Attorney O'Brien's 25 years of experience she has seen just about everything.  She uses this experience to guide clients through the often complex legal process with discretion and compassion.

Attorney O'Brien specializes in family law (divorce, custody, contempt, paternity, modification of prior judgements) and the general practice of law (wills, real estate, civil litigation and personal injury).  Deirdre began her law career in 1987 upon graduating from Suffolk University Law School. She regularly attends continuing legal education courses in order to ensure she is current on all aspects of family law.

Deirdre O'Brien works as a team with her own skilled, experienced paralegal Christine Hofer, who is an integral part of our client representation.  Christine began her paralegal career in 1997 upon graduating from Fisher College and specializes in all facets of family law, estate planning and real estate transactions.  Our clients communicate closely with Christine, who is a rich source of information and knowledge and is always available.   This team approach allows us to be more actively in communication with our clients.
