Personal Injury:  Personal injury cases require legal representation to those who claim to have been injured, physically or psychologically, as a result of the negligence or wrongdoing of another person, company, government agency, or other entity. These cases general fall under tort law including, but not limited to: work injuries, automobile and other accidents, defective products, medical mistakes, slip and fall accidents, and more.

Estate Planning: Estate planning helps people achieve a variety of goals for their family's future security — a will, healthcare proxy, power of attorney, and trust for minors is part of our standard estate planning package that every person should have. We can even help you plan for the future management of a family business.

Real Estate Transactions: Deirdre handles the full spectrum of title issues, including closing services, escrow services, title searches, evidence of title/certificates of title, title commitments, issuing title insurance, obtaining clear title, title opinions, lien searches, Preliminary Judicial Reports (PJR) and other title issues.

Wills and Trusts: Some changes in life we see coming. Others arrive without any warning. That is why being prepared for the future—especially if you have dependents—is crucial. A will or trust is an excellent way to ensure that your loved ones are provided for and your estate is distributed according to your wishes.
